The steam heating system is still warm.
Steam can still be dispensed for as long as the steam heating system is still warm. Once the steam heating system has cooled down after being switched off, steam can only be dispensed after the steam heating system has been heated up again. A steam request causes the steam heating system to heat up.
This is not a fault.
