Fault F10 appears on the coffee machine display.

No water is being drawn in.

Remove the water container.

Fill the water container 3/4 full with fresh drinking water.

Insert the water container into the coffee machine and remove it again repeatedly (10–20 times).

For appliances from serial number 152922013 onwards:

    • Removing | Water container filter | Countertop coffee machine
    • Unscrew the cap.

    • Remove the sealing ring and the filter.

    • Clean the parts by hand. To avoid the risk of unpleasant flavours, clean the filter with water only; do not use cleaning agents.

    • Rinse all parts carefully under running water.

    • First replace the filter (with the cross facing upwards).

    • Insert the sealing ring. The opening of the sealing ring should face downwards.

    • Screw the cap back on tightly.

    • Push the water container back into the machine.

  • Then descale the coffee machine.

    • Refer to the operating instructions for the exact descaling procedure for your coffee machine.

    • A description of the procedure for descaling various coffee machines can be found in the article “Entkalkung starten und durchführen (Kaffeevollautomaten)”.
